USA copyright laws require a 60 minute delay from time of request to time of broadcast.
After 38 minutes your request will be placed at the bottom of Gizmo's queue. Please note that requests for Gizmo are not seen by any of the Live DJ's. If there is a Live DJ on - or that comes on before your request is played - it will be played when Gizmo returns. Please be aware that as music is played, it may trigger certain rules that result in the delay of your request(s). You are allowed up to four requests per hour to a total of ninety-six per day from Gizmo!
